The A2 AGO Fine Arts Recital Series announces its final two concerts at the First Congregational Church in Ann Arbor on the corners of S. State and Williams on Ann Arbor on Wednesdays 12:15 PM. 

April 2 features Dr. Marijim Thoene playing Dietrich Buxtehude’s Passacaglia in D-minor, BuxWV 161, Mendelssohn’s Sonata 3 and the World Premier of Carson Cooman’s Myrophora, Reflections on the Life of Mary Magdalen; and Dr. Timothy Huth playing Nicolaus Bruhns’ Praeludium in e, Vincent Persichetti’s Drop, Drop Slow Tears, and Tournemire’s Epiphanie, IV “We have seen His star and have come with gifts t worship the Lord, and Gerarld Near’s Solemn Prelude on a Theme of Thomas Tallis.

April 9 Concert features the organ students of Artist/Professor Michael Burkhardt of Eastern Michigan University

The Ypsilanti Pipe Organ Festival is delighted to present Dr. Timothy Huth in recital on Sunday, May 4, 2025 at 4 PM at the First Presbyterian Church, located at 300 N. Washington. All are invited. There is no admission charge, but a donation to ensure the continuation of the series would be much appreciated. Program information to follow.
