Deadline for electronic & hard-copy submissions is the 25th of the preceding month.  

 

Submissions are subject to editing. 

 

Text items should be sent as Word documents (.doc).Photos should be sent electronically as high resolution .jpg files, or .tif files. Portable Document Format (.pdf) files will also be acceptable.
